# Rehash Vehicle Loan and Lease Proposals

On an Experience Cloud site, dealers can rehash the final proposals that are shared by underwriters for their review. They can change the payment structure and the selected vehicle in the proposal based on customer needs. The underwriter revisits these proposals for further review, and shares these proposals with the dealer with additional stipulations or for final approval.

Make sure that your admin adds the Application Form Product as a menu item on the Experience Cloud site. See [Navigation Menu](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=experience.rss_setup_nav_menu.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

Make sure that your admin configures these fields in the product configurator.

- LoanTerm
- DownPayment
- LoanAmount
- MSRP

1. Log in to the Experience Cloud site.
2. Select **Application Form Product** from the menu.
3. On the Application Form Products list view page, select a record.
4. Go to the Proposals tab.
    
    All proposals that are either active and in the prequalified or final stage, or inactive and in the final stage are shown. Inactive prequalified proposals aren't shown.
5. In the Currently Selected Proposal section, click **Rehash Proposal**.
6. In the Change The Payment Structure section, enter the new down payment amount and term for the loan or lease.
7. To choose a different vehicle, in the Change The Vehicle section, click **Change Vehicle**.
    
    Use the criteria fields to search for a different vehicle and select the vehicle from the results. The criteria fields, result fields, and the action to select a vehicle depend on the search criteria configuration set up by your admin. The Proposed Changes section shows the modified vehicle and the updated down payment amount and term as pills.
8. To generate the values for the calculated fields based on the logic of the product configurator, in the Proposed Changes section, click **Apply Changes**.
9. To create a proposal based on the changes, click **Calculate**.
10. To update the application form record, review the changes and click **Update Application**.
11. Click **Yes**.

The proposal submitted by the dealer is marked as Applicant Revised and sent to the underwriter for review.
