# Import Captive Finance Data From External Systems

Use mechanisms such as the Data Loader or Bulk API to bring in financial data into Automotive Cloud. Captive finance companies handle large volumes of data related to transactions, billing statements, fees and charges, and balances. You don’t need to manually recreate this data in the Finance Console for Automotive app. You can use CSV files to prepare the data and import via Data Loader.

### Required Editions

Import records for these objects.

- Financial Account
- Financial Account Statement
- Financial Account Balance
- Financial Account Transaction
- Financial Account Fee

You can also ingest data from external systems for these records into Data Cloud. The Automotive Cloud datakit contains predefined data streams for these objects that helps you map the source objects to the corresponding data model objects.
