Get the telematics metrics of a vehicle, such as odometer reading, fuel level, or ignition status in real time, and digitally represent the current state of a vehicle in your org. Based on the current health of a vehicle, customer service representatives can proactively engage with customers or trigger downstream business processes. To show your customer service representatives the current status of a vehicle, add the Vehicle Status Panel flexcard to the Vehicle record page. Work with your integration team to decide the type of telemetry metrics you want to display for each vehicle. Configure integration definitions and Omnistudio components to get the values from an external telematics system. Extend the configuration to show additional metrics or modify the display type of metrics.
