# Collections and Recovery in Automotive Cloud

Captive finance or banking organizations can use Collections and Recovery to streamline loan and lease collection processes. Preserve positive customer relationships and reduce operational costs by minimizing delinquencies. When accounts become seriously delinquent, manage the end-to-end repossession lifecycle to recover the financed vehicle.
