Before you begin, complete the steps in [Catalog & Pricing Setup Prerequisites](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.aps_claims_catalog_prepare_catalog_prereqs.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Enable settings, turn on related features, and assign permissions before you configure claim submissions in Catalog & Pricing in Public Sector. Decide how your agency identifies services, structures categories, models attributes, and separates standard and negotiated fee schedules. Gather service codes and source data before using an import template.").

1. From the Provider Portal, select **Claims**.

6. Select the checkbox for each service ready for billing, and then select **Create Claim**.
7. In each **Claim Details** section, review the generated claim information.
8. Enter or confirm values for the estimated amount and payment instrument.
9. To attach supporting documents, in **Add Invoices for this Claim**, select **Upload Files**.
10. Review the records in the **Claim Items** section for each claim.
11. Select **Next**.
12. Review the claim details, claim items, and invoice summaries for each participant.
