# Slack Collaboration Hub for Public Sector Recruitment

Manage your entire recruiting workflow without leaving Slack. With recruitment collaboration in Slack, recruiters and hiring managers work together in dedicated channels — reviewing requisitions, screening candidates, and making hiring decisions in real time.

Approving a job requisition triggers Salesforce to automatically create a dedicated Slack channel for the role and add the relevant stakeholders. Each candidate application gets its own channel where your team can discuss, share feedback, and log decisions — replacing back-and-forth email or Chatter threads with a single, auditable workspace.

## Key Capabilities

- View active job requisitions and drill into role details.
- Automatically create requisition and application channels.
- Automatically add participants to Slack channels.
- Use the Candidate Sourcing Agent to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Review applications with AI-generated summaries by using the Application Screening Agent.
- Shortlist candidates and share them with hiring managers for review.

When participants get added as channel members, they have access to the Salesforce record and can collaborate. You can also add a team member to the Slack channel for collaboration without giving them access to the associated Salesforce record.

Three prebuilt flows automatically create a Slack channel and add key stakeholders to the Slack channel when a recruitment requisition record is created. The flows can also be customized to use with other Talent Recruitment Management objects, such as application form records.
