# Set Up Recruitment Campaigns

Use Salesforce Go to set up Recruitment Campaigns. Configure Talent Recruitment Management, including consent collection from applicants, Agentforce Marketing Initial Setup, deploy data kits, set up lead sourcing, and configure the campaign flow so you can deliver personalized campaigns.

Important The Deploy Data Streams stage is unavailable if the Configure Marketing Site and Update Org Settings (or Enable Setup Permission) actions are in progress in Agentforce Marketing setup. For workaround details, see the [Marketing Setup using Salesforce Go Fails on the "Create CMS Workspace and CMS Site" step](https://help.salesforce.com/s/issue?id=a02g700000AT73ZAAT) knowledge article.

1. Click the gear icon, or from Setup, select **Salesforce Go**.
2. Search for and select **Recruitment Campaigns**.
3. Turn on **Recruitment Campaigns**.
4. Complete the configuration steps.

    Automatically generate lead records for applicants associated with a recruitment posting. Recruiters can then track sourcing activity and candidate engagement per hiring initiative.

    Add the Outbound Engagement component to the Talent Recruitment Management Home page so recruiters can create candidate engagement campaigns.
