# Create Recruitment Campaigns

Create recruitment campaigns to reach qualified candidates with personalized job opportunities.

Create a Campaign

1. In the Talent Recruitment Management app, navigate to the Home page.
2. In the Outbound Engagement section, click **Start** and select **Candidate Engagement**.
3. Enter a campaign name (for example, Hire Talent).
4. Select the audience type and click **Next**.
5. Select the sender email address and communication subscription, and then click **Done**.

Configure the Email Flow

1. In the Marketing app, click **Campaigns**.
2. From the campaigns list, select the campaign you created (for example, **Hire Talent**).
3. Under Flows, select **Send Candidate Engagement Emails** and click **Open Flow**.
4. In the flow, scroll down and select **Send Candidate Engagement Email**.
5. In Properties, review and customize the email content:
    
    - Subject line
    - Sender information
    - Email body and merge fields
    - Personalization and branding elements
6. Customize values for these variables as needed:
    
     
    | Variable | Description |
    | --- | --- |
    | ApplicantSiteUrl | The applicant portal URL where applicants are directed when they click a job recommendation in the email. |
    | AgencyName | The name of your agency. |
    | MaxPostingRecommendation | The maximum number of job postings to recommend. The default value is 5. |
7. Save and publish the flow.
8. Select the Schedule configuration and activate the flow.

Based on the configured schedule, the campaign triggers emails. After an email is sent, the status of the lead records for the receiving candidates is updated to Contacted.
