Reach qualified candidates with personalized job opportunities and nurture campaigns by using Agentforce Marketing.

Recruitment Campaigns connects Talent Recruitment Management with Agentforce Marketing to help public sector agencies engage their talent pools effectively. Segment candidates based on skills and past applications, and send targeted communications only to those who have opted in.

Use recruitment campaigns to:

- Announce job openings to candidates whose qualifications match position requirements.
- Nurture passive candidates with periodic updates about your agency's mission and opportunities.
- Reengage past applicants when new positions open that match their experience.

## How It Works

Recruitment campaigns use data from Talent Recruitment Management, including applicant profiles, job applications, and communication consent records, to build targeted segments in Agentforce Marketing. Only candidates with active consent records receive campaign communications, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Set up Recruitment Campaigns from Salesforce Go. Recruiters and HR specialists can then create campaigns to build and activate candidate engagement initiatives.
