1. Build a career site, if one doesn't already exist.

See [Build a Career Site for Talent Recruitment Management in Public Sector](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.psc_recruitment_set_up_career_site.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Help job seekers learn about your organization, career opportunities, and the work environment. Enable them to search and apply for jobs that match their preferences, and track their job applications.").
2. Enable Recruitment Campaigns.
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Talent Recruitment Management, and then select **Talent Recruitment Management**.
    2. Turn on **Create and manage recruitment campaigns to engage candidates**.
3. Create prerequisite records.

Consent collection requires communication subscription channel type records.

If your org already has Talent Recruitment Management Preference enabled, toggle the preference off and on to create the required records automatically.

    Otherwise, create these records manually:

    | Object | Record Name |
    | --- | --- |
    | Engagement Channel Type | Recruitment Email Engagement Channel |
    | Communication Subscription | Recruitment Email Subscription |
    | Communication Subscription Channel Type | Recruitment Email Subscription Channel |
4. Customize the Consent Omniscripts.

    1. From the App Launcher, open **OmniStudio**.
    2. Select **OmniScripts**.
    3. Select **Applicant Communication Preferences and Data Consent**.
    4. In the Communication Preferences and Data Consent step, review the consent text.
    5. To customize the consent text to align with your organization's policies, create a new version of the Applicant Communication Preferences and Data Consent Omniscript and modify the text.
    6. Save and activate the Omniscript.
    7. Open the Applicant Profile Omniscript.
    8. Create a new version and update the Omniscript reference to the newer version of the Applicant Communication Preferences and Data Consent Omniscript.
    9. Save and activate the Omniscript.

Note If you've customized the default Omniscripts, reapply your overrides after installing the latest package. Then verify that the Applicant Profile Omniscript points to the latest version and test consent capture from the career site.
5. Synchronize the consent to Agentforce Marketing.
