          </tr>
        </thead>
        <tbody>
          <tr class="">

            <td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d26865e38 ">Search Files in Amazon S3</td>

          </tr>
        </tbody>
      </table>

Make sure you have access to the Salesforce records and the associated files.

1. Open a record that has the Amazon S3 Search Results component.
2. In the search box, describe the information that you're looking for.
3. Run the search.
4. Review the results, which are ranked by relevance.
5. To open a result, select **Preview File**.

When page or timestamp information is available, the preview opens the file at the relevant location.

Tip If an expected file isn't returned, rephrase the query or describe the content in another way.
