# External Storage Search with Agentforce

Help users, such as investigators, caseworkers, and employees find relevant files stored in Amazon S3 by using natural-language queries. Create an Agentforce agent that can locate and then retrieve PDFs, images, audio files, and videos associated with records, such as cases, complaints, and inspections.

Create an agent with the prebuilt External Storage Search subagent. The agent helps users to complete these tasks:

- Search files stored in Amazon S3 by using natural language.
- Find files associated with a specific Salesforce record.
- Return file details, relevant excerpts, and source citations.
- Search supported file types, including PDFs, images, audio, and video.
