# Catalog & Pricing Setup Prerequisites

Enable settings, turn on related features, and assign permissions before you configure claim submissions in Catalog & Pricing in Public Sector. Decide how your agency identifies services, structures categories, models attributes, and separates standard and negotiated fee schedules. Gather service codes and source data before using an import template.

Grant access to Product Catalog Managers to import data.

1. From Setup, enter **Permission Sets** in the Quick Find box and select **Permission Sets**.
2. Select **Product Catalog Management Designer**.
3. Select **Manage Assignments**.
4. Select **Add Assignments**.
5. Select the users that you wand to have access and select **Assign.**
6. Repeat these steps for the following permission sets:
    1. Advanced CSV Data Import
    2. Data Cloud Architect
