# Import Provider-Negotiated Service Rates

Create a separate fee schedule for rates established by a provider contract or another negotiated arrangement.

Before you begin, complete the steps in [Catalog & Pricing Setup Prerequisites](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.aps_claims_catalog_prepare_catalog_prereqs.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Enable settings, turn on related features, and assign permissions before you configure claim submissions in Catalog & Pricing in Public Sector. Decide how your agency identifies services, structures categories, models attributes, and separates standard and negotiated fee schedules. Gather service codes and source data before using an import template.").

1. From From Setup, in Quick Find, enter **Catalog & Pricing Import Settings**.
2. Select **Download CSV Templates**
3. Download `Create Pricebook and Pricebook Entries`.
4. Complete the template.
5. From the App Launcher, enter **Product Catalog Management** and select **Product Catalog Management**.
6. Select **Import**.
7. From the dropdown menu next to Import, select **Import Using DPE Template**.
8. Select **Upload Files**.
9. Select the file you created earlier, `Create_Pricebooks_PricebookEntries.csv`.
10. Select **Open**.
11. Select **Done**.
12. Select the DPE Definition **BulkCreatePricebookEntriesFromCSV**.
13. Select **Start Import**.

Note A price book’s name doesn’t associate it with a provider. Use the applicable contract and provider-contract records to maintain the relationship.
