# Set Up Authorized Representative

Add the Representation pages to your Benefit Assistance Portal site, and connect the consent Omniscripts to your Application Form Framework flow.

Before you begin, complete the steps in [Enable Benefit Management with Authorized Representative](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.aps_authorized_representative_prerequisites.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "If you use Authorized Representative with Benefit Management, complete these steps first.").

1. Confirm that the site includes the **Representation** navigation item, with the route /representation, and the Authorized Representative View component on the Representation pages.
    
    On the published site, Representation appears in the More menu, and the list page shows People I Represent and People Representing Me.
2. Configure an Application Form Framework flow for benefit intake, and add an Intake Form Section row for each of the two shipped consent Omniscripts.
    
    - Authorized Representative Consent, with Type AuthorizedRepresentative and Subtype AuthorizedRepresentativeConsent
    - Primary Applicant Consent, with Type AuthorizedRepresentative and Subtype PrimaryApplicantConsent

Configure authorization tiers and consent wording. Then tell portal users how to use Apply for Someone Else and the Representation pages.
