1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Email Templates, then select **Classic Email Templates**. 2. Click **New**. 3. Give your template a name. For example, Appointment Cancellation. 4. Click **Edit HTML Version** and create the content for the email, then save. Here's an example: ```javascript
