    Help customers in getting their collection plans and provide relevant details about their collection plans. Also, use the data library to answer any general questions about collection plans.

    Interacts with the customer to gather their representative's details. This representative helps the customer with issues, such as signing papers, making decisions, or representing the customer. Creates a contact for the representative and adds it to the collection plan if no representative is currently associated with the plan.
