To help you get up and running, AWS provides [Guidance for Configuring Virtual Care on Salesforce Using Amazon Chime](https://aws.amazon.com/solutions/guidance/configuring-virtual-care-on-salesforce-using-amazon-chime/). This page includes detailed information about the architecture, security, and products used to create the virtual care video services. The AWS admin can follow instructions for predeployment, deployment, and upgrading an existing deployment.

Suggestions for inputs into the AWS setup:

AWS Setup Values
| AWS Field | Input |
| --- | --- |
| Username | Salesforce admin username |
| Password | Salesforce admin password |
| Standard name | https://MyDomainName.lightning.force.com |
| Endpoint URL | https://MyDomainName.lightning.force.com/services/oauth2/token |
| Platform Event Endpoint | https://MyDomainName.lightning.force.com/services/data/v55.0/sobjects/ServiceProviderEvent |

The Service Account—AWS username is populated with Virtual Care User. Create this user by choosing a password.

After the Virtual Care User is created, then create an access key. This access key includes a Client ID and Client secret. You use these values to create a Named Credential in Salesforce.
