# Enable Salesforce Scheduler and Omni-Channel for Utilization Management

Let your users schedule peer-to-peer review meetings with their healthcare providers by enabling Salesforce Scheduler and Omni-Channel.

1. From Setup, enter Scheduler in the Quick Find box, then select **Salesforce Scheduler Settings**.
2. Enable Event Management.
3. Next, from Setup, enter Omni-Channel in the Quick Find box, then select **Omni-Channel Settings**.
4. Enable Omni-Channel.
