Simplify authorization request reviews and provide your users with a comprehensive view of requests by enabling the Utilization Management for Payers App.

The app’s home page provides a unified snapshot to help your users start and plan their day. By showing all cases that are currently open, the app helps your users to easily identify and take action on high priority or urgent requests.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Utilization Management Settings, and then select **Utilization Management Settings**.
2. Turn on the Utilization Management for Payers App. The app is now available to access from the App Launcher.
