- Use Lightning App Builder to configure the Care Request and Case pages for your users to
track and manage care requests. These pages give you a basic framework with a highlight panel,
path component, and tabs listing the care request details.
- Add the Care Request Details components to the Lightning record page so that users can view
and manage existing care requests. Add one component for each section of a request that your
users need information about, such as diagnoses, service codes, and prescriptions.
