# Set Up Peer-to-Peer Scheduling for Authorization Request Reviews

Help your users to schedule and conduct timely peer-to-peer reviews with healthcare providers to discuss the actual or potential reason for denial of an authorization request.

In this review meeting scheduled by your nurses, the medical directors communicate openly with the requesting provider, resolve conflicting opinions, and help gain alignment.

But, before your nurses can schedule peer-to-peer reviews and your medical directors can conduct the reviews, you must set up peer-to-peer scheduling.

    Create user records for each medical director and nurse in your organization, then assign them the required permissions to schedule and conduct peer-to-peer reviews.

    Enable your medical directors and nurses to handle peer-to-peer reviews by setting up operating hours, skills, office locations, and appointment duration for the peer-to-peer review meetings.
