# Install the Flows Package

This optional extension package delivers three flows you can customize to help call center workers perform common tasks.

### Required Editions

1. Paste the URL for the package into your browser navigation bar: [http://industries.force.com/healthcloudflow](http://industries.force.com/healthcloudflow) and press **Enter**.
2. Enter your Salesforce password and click **Install**.
    
    Installation can take a while. You can click **Done** now and check your email later for confirmation that installation was successful.
3. To verify installation of the flows package, use Quick Find to find **Installed Packages** and look for Health Cloud Flow.

The package installs a set of flows, which you can inspect under **Setup** | **Installed Packages** | **Health Cloud Flows** | **View Components**.
