# Manage Care Program Enrollment Flows

Give your users a streamlined, guided care program enrollment process. Use Flow Builder to clone and configure the Program Enrollment flow and take advantage of the rich care program management data model.

## Considerations for Program Enrollment

You can enroll a care program enrollee in the same program only once. When you create a program enrollment record for an existing care program enrollee and program combination, the operation fails with this error: The selected enrollee is already associated with the program. Specify another program or enrollee and try again.

This constraint also applies to bulk operations. For example, when you use Data Loader to create program enrollment records for the same care program enrollee and program, the duplicate records fail with the same error. Make sure that each record in your data load has a unique care program enrollee and program combination.

    Set up organization-wide default sharing settings and grant specific access to the objects that make up a care program. Create and clone permission sets to give users the correct access to forms and other data.

    Create user records that include permission for participants to log in to a site in order to review and consent to the related forms.
