Note Health Cloud is now Agentforce Health. You may see references to Health Cloud in Salesforce applications and documentation.

- **[Verify Chatter Settings Are Enabled](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.enable_chatter_settings.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Chatter helps Health Cloud users collaborate in real time with Salesforce. It’s a fast, simple tool that enables users to talk to each other, work together, and share information.
- **[Verify Data Protection Details Are Available in Records](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.admin_make_data_protection_details_available_in_records.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
To help maintain the privacy of your users’ data, verify that data protection details are available for lead, contact, and person account records.
- **[Set Up Person Accounts to Represent Health Cloud Members and Patients](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.admin_person_account_overview.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Person accounts store information about specific people by combining certain account and contact fields into a single record. In Health Cloud, always model your patients or members as person accounts. You can’t fully use Health Cloud functionality if you don’t model your patients and members as person accounts. We also strongly recommend person accounts for providers who are their own independent entity with practicing rights at a number of locations.
- **[Omnistudio for Health Cloud](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.hc_omnistudio.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use Omnistudio to create guided interactions and other rich user experiences without code. You can even create applications and workflows using data from Health Cloud and from external sources.
- **[Set Up Healthcare Providers](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.hc_provider_setup.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Set up records for healthcare providers such as the practitioners (people) who take care of patients and the facilities (organizations) where patients are cared for. Practitioners include doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and other clinical staff. Facilities include hospitals, clinics, labs, and other organizations.
