# Get to Know the Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare App

The Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare app includes dashboards for both Utilization Management analytics and Care Management analytics. Prioritize payer and provider care requests efficiently using the Utilization Management dashboards. Track and analyze team performance and task status using the Care Management dashboards.

- **My Care Request - Utilization Management Provider**: Helps providers analyze the priority of care requests based on due date.
- **My Care Requests - Utilization Management Nurse**: Provides nurses with a comprehensive overview of care requests and review statuses. By using the visualizations, nurses can quickly identify requests that require immediate attention based on the due date and make informed decisions on the reviews.
- **My Care Requests - Utilization Management Intake Specialist**: Provides intake specialists with a consolidated overview of their care requests and related review statuses.
- **My Care Requests - Utilization Management Approval Rate**: Provides a quick view of a specific provider's approval rate based on their prior authorization request history.
- **Care Plan Management**: Provides care managers with insights into the statuses of care plans, pending tasks, and high-priority task management.
- **Care Management - Task Completion Trend**: Provides care managers with a comprehensive overview of their team's task completion performance based on the count of completed and pending tasks.
