prerequisites such as assigning permissions and licenses.

- Ensure you have the Healthcare Analytics Admin or the Health Intelligence Admin permission
sets.
- Ensure your org is provisioned with the Health Cloud or Health Cloud for Life Sciences
permission set license.
- Enable CRM Analytics.
- For the Utilization Management category, ensure you have a record type created for these
objects: Case, Care Request, Care Request Extension, Care Request Item, Care Request
Reviewer, and Care Request Drug.
- For the Care Management category, ensure you have a record type created for the Task
object.
