1. Assign users and create a permission that enables users to view and complete assessments. See [Give Users Access to Assessments](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.hc_assessments_create_an_assessments_permission_set.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Create a permission set that enables users to view and complete an assessment.").
2. To make it easier for users to find ongoing and completed assessments related to a case, add the Assessments related list to the Case page layout.
    1. From Setup, go to the **Object Manager** tab.
    2. Click **Case**, and then select **Case Page Layout**.
    3. Click **Case Layout** or the layout you want to update.
    4. Drag the Assessments related list onto the page layout.
    5. Save your changes.
3. Configure an Action launcher deployment with assessments so that users can easily access frequently used assessments from a case record page. See [Configure an Action Launcher Deployment in Crisis Support Center Management](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.admin_crisis_center_configure_action_launcher.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Add quick actions, flows, and Omniscripts to an Action Launcher in the Crisis Support Center Management app. Then, make the component available to users by adding it to a Lightning record page.").
