The Patient Card helps care coordinators track a patient’s condition at a glance by showing data from various objects that store the patient’s health data. Remove unneeded fields from the Patient Card, or add fields from any object that has a reference to the patient record.

Note The delivered fields on the Patient Card are based on objects in the EHR Data Model. If you’re using the Clinical Data Model, add fields to the Patient Card based on the Clinical Data Model objects, then delete the delivered fields.

    To add a field to the Patient Card component, first create a formula field to filter which records to display, then create a Patient Card Configuration record.
