Permissions Required for Care Plans

Care plans are built using multiple objects. So, your users who aren’t admins require various permissions before they can create care plans.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

Assign these permissions to users who create care plans .

  • Edit access on these objects:
    • Case
    • Problem
    • Goal
    • Task
  • Read access on these objects:
    • Care Plan Template
    • Care Plan Template Problem
    • Care Plan Template Goal
    • Care Plan Template Task
  • Run Flows
  • View Roles and Role Hierarchies
