In the RTR Report Configuration object's Usage picklist, add a picklist value to specify that Agents can read measure values in the real-time report.

- From Setup, go to Object Manager, enter RTR Report Configuration, and then select RTR Report Configuration.
- Click Fields & Relationships.
- Click Usage.

In the Values section, click New, and then add these picklist
values.
