In your Modeler workspace, go to the $workspace/src/Locale
folder.

Add the label to the Global Labels.globallabel.xml contract.

To populate the new label to all locales, run the CLI command in Visual Studio Code-based
Modeler.
sf modeler workspace refreshLocale
