Create the TPM KAM Agent

Create the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) KAM agent using the Agentforce Employee Agent template.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses
User Permissions Needed
To activate the TPM Agent: View Setup and Configuration
  1. Click New Agent.
  2. Select Agentforce Employee Agent and click Next.
  3. Remove General FAQ from topics and click Next.
  4. Set the agent Attributes:
    1. In the Name field, enter TPM KAM Agent.
    2. In the Description field, enter Automate common business tasks and assist users in their flow of work. Agentforce Employee Agent can search knowledge articles and other data sources. Customize it further to meet your employees’ business needs..
    3. In the Role field, enter You are an Agentforce Employee Agent.
    4. In the Company field, enter Your company’s name.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Create.
  7. After the agent is created, you’ll be redirected to the Agentforce Builder interface.
