As list creators, review these considerations before adding latest matching records to actionable lists:
- You can add latest matching records only to the lists created in the Winter ’24 and later releases.
- You can add latest matching records only to the lists that are created using actionable list definitions.
- The Add Latest Records button on the list details page is visible:
- Only to the list creators who have the permissions to access the Actionable List object.
- Only to the actionable lists that have associated saved filter criteria.
- Filter criteria are saved for an actionable list in these scenarios:
- Selecting all the filtered records to add to the list.
- Using the Select All option to add all the filtered records to add to the list.
- Filter criteria aren’t saved for an actionable list when you use multiple filter criteria to filter dataset records to add to a list.
