Important To enable users to create an actionable list, your product license must contain the Query for Datapipelines User license and permission set. This permission retrieves records from the dataset through API calls. However, the permission has a monthly limit of 2,500 API calls.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Actionable Lists**, and then click **New**.
2. Enter a name and description for the list.
3. From the Actionable List Definition dropdown menu, select the list definition that you plan to use to create this list.
4. Click **Next**.
5. To customize column preferences, click **Edit Columns**.
6. You can either add filters and filter logic or apply a saved filter template to filter dataset records.
    - To apply a saved filter template, click any of the saved filter templates, and click **Apply**.
    - Add filters and filter logic, click **Apply**. To save these filters and filter logic, click **Save as Template**. Learn how to create filters, filter logic, and save them as a template in [Salesforce Help](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.actionable_segmentation_custom_filter_logic.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Create a custom filter logic to filter dataset records efficiently. Custom filter logic helps you to filter a large dataset of records when creating actionable lists. Save the filters and filter logic as a template to reuse.").
7. Select the records that you want to add to your actionable list, and click **Review & Save**.
