# Create an Actionable List Definition for Lists That Use Data 360 Data Model Objects

An Actionable List Definition connects a Data 360 data model object (DMO) to a CRM source object and determines which fields and member statuses are available when users build lists. Complete this step for each DMO that you want to make available to users.

Important The primary key field in your DMO maps to the Salesforce Account ID or the relevant CRM object ID. If this mapping is incorrect, users don't see matching records when they build lists.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable List with Data 360 data model objects Settings, and then select **Actionable List with Data 360 data model objects Settings**.
2. Click **New**.

The New Actionable List Definition wizard opens.
3. In the Data Space dropdown list, confirm that **default** is selected.

Note A Data Space is a logical partition in Data 360 that organizes your data assets. Most orgs use the default Data Space unless you configured custom data spaces.
4. In the search field, enter the name of the DMO that you want to use, and then select it from the results.
5. Click **Next**.
6. Enter a name for the definition.

Users see this label when they create a list. For example, Priority Accounts.
7. From the **Source Object** dropdown list, select the CRM object whose records appear as list members.

    For example, select Account.
8. In the **Source Object Fields** field, select the CRM fields that appear as columns on the Actionable List detail page after a list is saved.

You can select multiple fields. For example, select Account Number, Active, Industry, and Annual Revenue.
9. From the primary key dropdown list, select the DMO field that uniquely matches each DMO record to the CRM object's ID.

For example, select AccountId. The primary key acts as the join key between Data 360 and your CRM.
10. Optionally, enter a description to provide more context for users.
11. In the Configure Statuses section, click **Add Status**.

    ![Note](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-sales_innovations-264-0-0-production-enus/5436c041-18a0-4efe-907a-134ebd767640/images/icon_note.png)

Note Add at least one status. A definition requires at least one member status before you can save it.
12. Enter a status label.

    For example, enter Pending Outreach.
13. Assign a color to the status icon so that users can distinguish statuses at a glance.
14. Repeat these steps for each status that you want to add.
15. Review all field values for accuracy, and then click **Save**.

Note You can't save the definition until you set all required fields, including the source object, the primary key, and at least one status.

The new Actionable List Definition appears on the Actionable List with Data 360 data model objects Settings page.

After you save a definition, you can't change its DMO, source object, field mappings, or primary key. To use a different mapping, create a definition.

Important You can't delete an Actionable List Definition while actionable lists created from it still exist. Delete those lists first. When no lists depend on it, the definition deletes normally.
