# Set Field-Level Security for Advanced Account Forecasting

To differentiate the forecast data that various users can view, configure the field-level security for the Advanced Account Forecast Set Use object and the forecast fact object.

### Required Editions

Any changes to the Forecast Context, Advanced Account Forecast Set, and Name fields on the Advanced Account Forecast Set Use object can disrupt your forecast data, so we recommend that you limit access to these fields. You can choose to provide read-only access to these fields for all profiles other than the System Administrator profile.

1. In Setup, from the object management settings for Advanced Account Forecast Set Use, go to **Fields & Relationships**.
2. Select the field you want to modify.
3. Click **Set Field-Level Security**.
4. Specify the field's access level.
5. Save your changes.
6. Repeat the steps to specify field-level access for the forecast fact object.
