Note Beginning in Summer ’26, Chatter is turned off by default in all new orgs. For any features in these orgs that require access to Chatter functionality or the Chatter APIs, turn on Chatter by going to **Setup** | **Chatter Settings** and selecting **Enable**. For details, see [Chatter Is Turned Off by Default in New Orgs Beginning in Summer ’26](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=experience.collab_chatter_default_off.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

To monitor the health of your Experience Cloud site, create custom report types and then create a report using that custom report type. If you want your community managers to see your report, create or edit a dashboard to include your report and then map the updated dashboard.

Note Only reports that are based on the Networks object show Experience Cloud site-specific information. By using reports based on the Networks object, you can create one custom report and use it across all your sites.

Use the following table to get started with reporting for Experience Cloud sites.

## Create a Report for a Site

Create a custom report to gauge the success and engagement levels on your Experience Cloud site.

1. Create custom report types based on the Networks object. Only reports that are based on the Networks object show Experience Cloud site-specific information in Experience Workspaces. You can create reports based on other objects and expose them in Experience Workspaces. Keep in mind that they show data from across your org, not just for the site in which you’re viewing them.
2. Select Networks as the primary object, and the appropriate child object in your custom report type depending on what type of analysis you want to do.
3. Use the custom report type to create a report.

Be sure not to filter the report by Network ID. Filtering by Network ID ensures that the report dynamically displays data for the Experience Cloud site that you view it from. When you add a Network ID filter, it causes the report to show data only for the site with that Network ID. The report shows this limited data, regardless of which site you view it in.
