Note Only users with a Customer Community Plus, Partner Community, or Lightning External Apps Plus license can use this feature. This feature is supported in Experience Cloud sites but not in portals.

To share Analytics dashboards in your Experience Cloud site, complete the following steps.

1. Set up Analytics in your Salesforce org, as described in the [Set Up the CRM Analytics Platform](https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=bi_help_setup.htm&language=en_US) section.
2. Enable Analytics for Experience Cloud and set up site members. See [Enable CRM Analytics for Experience Cloud Sites](https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=bi_setup_communities_enable.htm&language=en_US).
3. In Analytics, create dashboards and save them in an Analytics app. Designate that app for sharing with the community. For more information about working with Analytics, refer to the [Analytics Library](https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=bi.htm&language=en_US).
4. Embed your Analytics dashboards using either [Experience Builder](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.bi_embed_community_builder.htm&type=5&language=en_US) or [Visualforce](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.bi_embed_community_vf.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
5. From the Analytics app containing your dashboards, give access to site members by selecting **Share**. In the Share dialog, select **Enable sharing with Communities**. Invite site partners and customers to share the app.

For more information, see [Share CRM Analytics in Experience Cloud](https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=bi_app_communities.htm&language=en_US).
