Experience Cloud sites can thrive when their managers, moderators, and admins understand their unique roles and work together effectively.

An Experience Cloud site manager and moderator work hand-in-hand. They’re partners and support one another in fostering engagement and harmony. Sometimes, they perform some of the same tasks, but each has unique contributions. The site manager monitors adoption and engagement and the moderator ensures that the site is a healthy environment and that members feel encouraged to be active and helpful to each other.

Experience Cloud site managers, moderators, and admins all work together to protect, engage, and measure a site’s success.
