- Information in the About Me section is searchable and makes you more visible to others.
- Your posts appear in your profile feed and the What I Follow feeds of the people who are following you. To delete your posts, in Salesforce Classic hover over the post and click ![Delete button for Chatter posts and comments](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-experience-collaboration-264-0-0-production-enus/1aab5b5e-c990-4b8c-840a-6fb18af49709/collaboration/images/chatter_delete_x.png); in Lightning Experience, select **Delete** from the post’s actions menu.
- To change your email address, in Salesforce Classic click the edit icon next to the Contact heading; in Lightning Experience, edit your profile.
- Not all users have profiles. For example, portal users and the Connection User in organizations that use Salesforce to Salesforce don’t have profiles.
- Chatter External Users have access to a limited number of fields. Available fields include:
    - Name
    - Title
    - Email
    - Company
    - Nickname
- You can’t choose what displays when a user hovers over a profile.
