# Use the Following and Followers Lists in Salesforce Classic

View the Following and Followers lists on your profile to see who, what, and how many items you're following in Chatter, and who’s following you.

### Required Editions

If you’re not following anyone in Chatter, click **Find people to follow** in the Following list to view the People list and start following people. You can also see the Following and Followers lists on other people’s profiles. When your Salesforce admin enables Chatter, you automatically follow some users and records in your org.

In either list, click **Show All** to view the full list in alphabetical order.

- Use the **Next** and **Previous** links to see more of the list.
- Optionally filter the Following list by people or objects, for example, accounts or files.
- In your Following list, click ![blue X button](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-experience-collaboration-264-0-0-production-enus/1aab5b5e-c990-4b8c-840a-6fb18af49709/collaboration/images/eop_following_on.png) to stop following a person or record.
- In another person's Following list, click **Follow** to follow a person or record.
- In any Followers list, click **Follow** to follow a person, or ![blue X button](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-experience-collaboration-264-0-0-production-enus/1aab5b5e-c990-4b8c-840a-6fb18af49709/collaboration/images/eop_following_on.png) to stop following them.
- To close the window, click **Done**.
