If a UDMO mapped to the UDLO has a search index configuration, you must first delete the search index before you can delete the UDMO and any mappings to it.

## Delete a UDLO Without a Search Index

Use these steps to delete a UDLO for which you haven’t created a search index.

1. From App Launcher, select **Data Cloud**.
2. Click **Data Lake Objects**, select the UDLO that you want to delete, and click **Delete**.
3. When prompted, review any dependencies, and click **Delete**.
