# Accept or Reject a Clean Room Invitation

If you’re a provider, when you receive an invitation to a Data 360 clean room collaboration, you can accept or reject the request. If you accept, you can choose how to map your data for the collaboration.

If you’re a provider using AWS clean rooms, see [Creating a membership and joining a collaboration](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/clean-rooms/latest/userguide/create-membership.html) and [Reviewing a SQL analysis template](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/clean-rooms/latest/userguide/review-analysis-template.html).

1. In Data Cloud, in your list of collaborations, click the arrow next to the invitation, and select **Accept Invitation** or **Reject Invitation**.

If you reject an invitation, you can’t accept it later, but the consumer can send you another invitation to collaborate.
2. If you accept the invitation, select a data space for the collaboration.
3. Choose how to map your data, and click **Next**.
4. Select a mapped template or create the mappings.

You can’t edit an existing template, so if you don’t have a mapping that fits the requirements, create one.
5. Click **Next**.
    - - If the invite is for a segment overlap use case, the collaboration’s name and description appear.
        - If the invite is for an activation use case, see [Configure an AWS Identity Provider for Clean Room Activation](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_crc_configure_aws_trust_relationship.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "For each clean room activation collaboration invitation, configure your AWS account so that Data 360 can securely write query results to your S3 bucket, then accept the invitation in Data 360.").
6. Click **Accept and Save**.

When you accept the invitation, Data 360 creates the `Clean_Room_Audit_Log` DMO. The DMO stores the details about the queries run on your data. Data 360 also creates a data share and a data share target with the metadata associated with the clean room.
