Use prompt templates to enhance the interpretability of predictive intelligence. For example, a flow can invoke a prompt template to generate a more human-readable view of predictive intelligence to guide users on what to do next.

Agentforce solutions can use predictive intelligence to conditionally invoke prompt templates based on current business conditions, as shown in this video.
