# Activation Record Home in Data 360

Activation record home in Data 360 shows activation outcomes in one place. The activation record home includes activation details, linked activation-triggered flows, and activation history. From this page, you can validate configuration, open related flows, and monitor publish results.

Open an activation from the Activations tab, containing these sections:

## Activation Details

The Details section shows the activation configuration and current state. Use it to verify key metadata, such as:

- Activation Data Space
- Activation Target
- Segment
- Data Model Object
- Activation Status
- Activation Refresh Type
- Last Publish Status
- Description
- Created By and Last Modified By

These fields help confirm that the activation is configured as expected and provide quick context when troubleshooting.

## Associated Flows

The Associated Flows section shows activation-triggered flows linked to the activation. Use this section to quickly identify flows that run from the activation and access them directly.

Click a flow name to open the corresponding flow record. From the flow record, you can configure, monitor, or troubleshoot the activation-triggered flow.

Note The Associated Flows section shows only activation-triggered flows that you have permission to view. The section is hidden if there are no linked activation-triggered flows or if you don’t have access to any linked flows.

## Activation History

See the activation history to know when and how segments/DMOs were published.

For segments/DMOs published to a Marketing Cloud Engagement activation target, additional columns appear in the activation history to provide more details. View the same publish history details in a segment/DMO record.

The standard publish schedule is 12 or 24 hours. You can also change the segment schedule by editing its properties. When you’ve reached the segment publish concurrency limit, Data 360 defers the publish of other segments. This deferral continues until the number of simultaneously running segments falls below the limit. This means that a segment scheduled at a specific time sometimes doesn’t start publishing at its scheduled time.")
