## SPI

## Configuring & Printing Shipping Labels via SPI

What it does: Integration with shipping services provides item weights and box dimensions for online, BOFIS, Store to Store transfers, and Return to Vendor transfers. Further enhanced capability to print labels right from POS and to create multiple boxes as needed during the packing process.

Generating a shipment label with box dimensions:

1. Tap the **Store Fulfill Orders Ready to Ship deep link** to ship ready orders.![The drrp link that allows you to start generating a label.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-retail-264-0-0-production-enus/17d647fb-8988-49fb-9add-c4f4cc79c9e4/retail/images/rt_pos_inventory_bofie_generate_label.png)
2. Locate the order and tap **Ship** to the right of it. On the shipping screen, the number of boxes are shown on the list of ready-to-ship orders. Hit **Generate Label** to start the shipping label flow.![The Ship button next to the order in the POS app.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-retail-264-0-0-production-enus/17d647fb-8988-49fb-9add-c4f4cc79c9e4/retail/images/rt_pos_inventory_bofis_ship.png)

## Supporting Loyalty Across the Customer Experience with Salesforce’s SPI

New print and email tags provide more visibility of discount rewards on receipts. Additionally, loyalty transactions are now recorded in the Electronic Journal and Reconciliation Report, streamlining tracking.
