## Core POS

## Price Levels Page in CMS

What it does: New page in CMS that allows you to see all levels of pricing by Product ID.

How to access: [CMS Link](https://labs.predictspring.com/user/login)

![The Price Levels Page in Point of Sale CMS.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-retail-264-0-0-production-enus/17d647fb-8988-49fb-9add-c4f4cc79c9e4/retail/images/rt_releases_bfs_price_levels.png)

You can view detailed pricing for each product by selecting **Price Details**. This opens a new window displaying both the product information and the available prices at the product and store levels.

## PunchOut: Use External Service from POS

What it does: provides the ability to use an external service to pass things like customer information or products into a POS.

The flow works as follows: If a command starts on the **PunchOut** web page, it sends data back to the POS app. For example, this can involve logging in as a customer or adding products to the cart. The POS app recognizes the data via the payload sent if the command starts. Other actions, such as navigating to the cart within the POS app, can also be managed this way.

Reach out to your CSM for more details if this is something you're interested in.

The POS app receives a message upon completion, which streamlines tasks such as customer login and cart navigation, enhancing the in-store shopping experience.")

## Copy Special Order Product in Cart

What it does: easily make many special product orders for custom products with similar features instead of having to start from scratch for each one.

Learn More: [Copying Special Forms on POS App](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_cms_layouts_settings_form_copy.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Add a copy button to your custom order layout in the POS app to quickly duplicate forms. Tapping the button creates a new form with all original input values, which can be edited and is automatically added to the cart. This feature streamlines order management for store associates, especially for similar items.")

## SPI

## Delivery Date Picker

What it does: With Salesforce's SPI, merchants can integrate to support retrieving delivery or pickup dates on the POS app. The POS app calls the SPI, asking for a list of available dates. It also includes details like cart products, how they are shipped, shipping addresses (if turned on), and addresses for each item that needs to be shipped. The response provides an array of dates or an error message to be shown in the POS. Delivery and pick-up dates can be set at the order level or for individual items in the cart.
