# Collections

The POS app lets store associates and managers create a collection of products. You can share collections directly with customers or curate it for browsing purposes. The collection feature is configured using a deep link, and then implemented in a layout or from a hamburger menu. To access a collection, tap on the deep link you created in the POS app.

1. Create a layout or hamburger menu, or use a pre-existing one.
2. Add the deep link by going to **Engagement** | **Collections**.
3. Set and save your changes.

## Create a Collection

The store associate can create and delete collections, add and delete products, and share the collections.

1. Click the + sign in the Create Collection card.
2. Enter the name.
3. Click OK.

## Delete a Collection

1. Tap the pencil icon on the top-right of the navigation bar.
2. Tap on the red - icon to make the deletion.
3. Tap the check icon to exit the deletion mode.

## Add Products to a Collection

1. Select a collection.
2. Tap the + icon on the top-right of the navigation bar.
3. Use the product search to locate products and tap on the Product Image to make selections.
4. Tap the check icon on the top-right of the navigation bar to save and add the products.

## Delete Products in a Collection

1. Select a collection.
2. Tap the pencil icon on the top-right of the navigation bar.
3. Tap on the Product Image to make a selection.
4. Tap the trash icon on the top-right of the navigation bar to delete the product.

## Share a Collection

1. Select a collection.
2. Tap on the share icon on the top-right of the navigation bar.
3. Enter the desired recipients and optional message.
4. Tap Share to email the collections.

    Note An email template for Share Collection should be implemented in the CMS to leverage this function.
