# Manage the Customers in Your Black Book

Add or remove customers from the Point of Sale black book with either the main black book screen or the customer’s profile.

Important

Before you can add a customer to a black book, the customer needs to have a profile in the POS app.

## Add Customers

To add customers using the black book screen:

1. Tap the **Black Book deep link** in the app.
2. Select a black book.
3. Tap the **plus sign (+)**. This action takes you to the customer search screen. There, you can search for a customer.
4. After you have found a customer, tap on their name to add them to the black book.
5. To delete a customer from a black book, tap on their name in a black book.
6. ## Add Customers with Their Profile

To add customers using their profile:

1. Go to the customer’s profile by logging in as the customer and tapping on their profile name.
2. Tap **Add/Remove** and select the black book to add the customer to.
3.
